The Stamco Double-Loop Slitting Line, with a capacity of 52 inches in width and capable of handling coils up to 35,000 lbs, is a robust and efficient solution for precise metal slitting. Designed for versatility, this used line supports coil thicknesses ranging from 0.010" to 0.100", accommodating a wide range of materials. The line operates at speeds between 500 and 1,200 feet per minute, ensuring both speed and precision in processing. Critical components include a hydraulic lift and travel entry coil car, a 4-arm C-hook type turnstile with powered rotation, and a mechanical crop shear for clean edge preparation. The slitter head features hydraulic tooling lock-up and a 200 HP DC motor drive, facilitating efficient and consistent slitting operations. Additional features include a powered recoiler with hydraulic gripper, two-speed reducer, and a free-standing overarm separator for streamlined material handling.
