This used 48" SMS galvanizing line with a Comstock Furnace is capable of handling a width range from 24" to 48" and a gauge range of .008" to .040". The line can apply coating thicknesses from G30 to G90. It was operational until 2012 and offers a coil weight capacity of 47,000 lbs. with a line speed of 350 feet per minute. The line includes comprehensive components such as uncoilers with coil cars, control and pinch rolls, a welder, scrubbers, and dryers.
