Description

Totalstat Oiler Assembly: To apply 100-600 mg/ft2 of oil (on top side of the strip), at line speeds from 100 to 3000 Feet Per Minute. Each OmniFlow nozzle (with 2" zones) will be fitted with a solenoid actuated valve to provide oil shut-off and spray width control. Includes a NEMA 12 enclosure for electrical connections and High Voltage Power Supplies. Width control is from 24" to 64". Oiler consists of a metal enclosure with access panels. System Specifications: Strip Width: 24" - 64" Oils: Three (3) Oils, To Be Specified. Each Oil Must Be Tested To Confirm Sprayability
