48" Slitting Line Components (Used)

These 48" slitting line components are designed for use with stainless steel, handling materials with a maximum entry coil width of 50" and an exit coil width of 48". They efficiently process material thicknesses ranging from 0.010" to 0.135" and easily accommodates recoiler coil weights up to 20,000 lbs. Components are configured for right-to-left operation, with facilities for entry and exit coil IDs ranging from 20" to 24", and a maximum recoiler coil OD of 72". Available components such as a Cincinnati slitter head with a 7" diameter arbor and associated tooling, as well as a recoiler. These components are crucial for achieving precision cuts with a minimum slit width of 1.500" and various cutting configurations, including up to nine cuts for thin materials ranging from 0.010" to 0.030". Please note that the package does not include an uncoiler, tension stand, or lift table, which would need to be sourced separately to ensure the complete functionality of the setup.
