This used Stanat slitting line is designed for efficient material processing with a coil width capacity of 30 inches and a weight capacity of 10,000 lbs. It accommodates a maximum coil outer diameter of 72 inches and features a precise 32-inch slitter arbor face width. The slitter equipped in this line has a 5-inch arbor diameter and supports slitter knife diameters ranging from 10-1/2 inches to 11 inches, powered by a 25 HP drive motor for robust performance. The setup includes a hydraulic payoff mandrel with a 16-inch diameter and 30-inch face width, along with hydraulic expansion and base adjustment, ensuring smooth operation. An air-powered payoff brake and a hydraulic power pack motor running at 5 HP and 1,755 RPM enhance control and reliability.
