This SECO slitting line offers an efficient solution for processing various metal coils. Capable of handling materials with a maximum width of 24 inches and thickness ranging from 0.017 to 0.095 inches, it supports coil weights up to 10,000 lbs. The line includes essential components such as an uncoiler with hydraulic expansion and a Wichita brake, a peeler with a powered hold-down roll, and a slitter head equipped with 4.5-inch diameter arbors, entry tension pad, and a 15 HP AC drive motor. Additionally, the system features a tension stand with dual air cylinders, a recoiler with a 16-inch diameter drum, and a 60 HP DC motor equipped with a blower for efficient operation. A free-standing overarm separator, exit turnstile with manual rotation, and hydraulic push-off enhance the line's overall functionality. The included coil packaging line boasts components like a downlayer with powered conveyor rolls, a banding table with a Signode M20SV-5820 Bander, and an exit conveyor section with idler rolls.
