This used slitting line offers a reliable solution for processing a range of material thicknesses from 0.015" to 0.135" with a width capacity of 60 inches, and it can handle coils weighing up to 44,000 lbs. It operates from right to left and includes essential components such as a coil staging saddle, entry pit-type coil car, and mandrel-type uncoiler. The line is equipped with a peeler/pinch roll and a straightener configured (2 over 3) for precise material handling. The machine features a robust slitter head with three injector heads, including a 60" x 9" arbor and two 48" x 9" arbors, along with a large quantity of tooling. For scrap management, there are two self-dumping scrap winders, and the machine includes cascading rolls in the pit feed for efficient material flow. Additionally, the line has a looping pit/carryover and a loop exit with a separator for smooth operation. The system is completed with an exit tension stand, a crop shear with a feed table, and a recoiler equipped with an attached over-arm separator.
