Description
This used coil painting line is designed for processing galvanized steel sheets and features an annual production capacity of approximately 11,500 tons. Its production rate sits at 2.5 tons per hour, with the capability to handle sheet dimensions ranging from a thickness of .008" to .031", widths between 29" to 49", and lengths from 6' to 20'. The equipment operates at a maximum line speed of 131 feet per minute and is capable of applying a dry coating thickness between 7 to 15 microns through a 3-coat, 3-bake process. The sheets are treated with a dipping-type chemical process, ensuring a non-chromated and non-oiled condition. The line requires a drive power of 440 V on a 3-phase, 60 Hz supply, with control power of 110 V AC at 60 Hz. For operation, cooling water at a temperature of 90°F and a minimum pressure of 28 PSI is necessary. Natural gas is used to fuel both the main and pilot burners, making it energy-efficient for its scale of operations. This setup suits a variety of industrial applications, maintaining quality and consistency in coating performance.
