48" x .312" x 30,000# Loopco Slitting Line with 3 Heads and Banding Line Components

This used Loopco Slitting Line is capable of handling coils up to 48 inches wide and 0.312 inches thick, with a maximum weight of 30,000 pounds. It can process materials down to a minimum thickness of 0.025 inches and cut strip widths as narrow as 0.75 inches. Notably, the line features three slitter heads, two being 48 inches wide with 7-inch diameter arbors, and one 36 inches wide with an 8-inch diameter arbor for heavier gauge capacity. The slitting line includes a comprehensive lineup of components, such as an entry coil car, uncoiler, feed-up drive, Wichita water-cooled brake, and a peeler hold-down roll. It also comprises a crop shear, looping pit, two scrap winders, and a tension stand. For recoiling, there is a recoiler with an overarm separator powered by a 150 HP motor, coupled with an exit coil car. Additionally, the system features a banding line with components suitable for coils up to 60 inches in outer diameter. While it includes conveyors and a downlayer, the banding table requires a head, and the stacker needs a frame. The line is equipped with tooling, knives, and hydraulic systems, providing a robust and efficient solution for industrial slitting applications.
