The B&K Cut-to-Length Line is designed for industrial applications with a focus on precision and efficiency. This versatile line can handle material thicknesses ranging from 0.020 inches to 0.164 inches, and it accommodates a maximum width of 72 inches. It features a capacity to manage coils weighing up to 50,000 lbs. The coil inner diameter ranges from 20 to 24 inches, and the outer diameter can be as large as 72 inches. This line includes several components that enhance its functionality. The entry turnstile is equipped with four powered rotating arms, and the entry coil car features an above-floor design with self-contained hydraulics. The uncoiler has a hydraulic expanding mandrel, a hydraulic slide base, and an attached powered hold-down roll. Additionally, the hydraulic peeler table and B&K Precision Leveler, with its 17-work roll configuration and 200 HP DC motor, ensure smooth and accurate processing. Other elements include a measuring roll, a Cincinnati shear with a 0.375-inch capacity, and a 20-foot runout belt conveyor. The drop-type stacker supports 20-foot maximum sheet length, featuring a motorized backstop, side pallet injector cart, and end-discharge sheet cart. The system operates in a right-to-left line direction, catering to a variety of industrial cut-to-length tasks effectively.
