The Braner Cut-To-Length Line is a versatile and robust used industrial machine designed for precision processing of metal coils. Capable of handling materials up to 72 inches wide and with a maximum thickness of 0.250 inches, this line accommodates up to 50,000 lbs of coil weight, making it suitable for heavy-duty operations. It features a coil ID range of 20 to 24 inches, with options for expansion to 30 inches using pads. The equipment efficiently processes coils with a maximum outer diameter of 72 inches and outputs sheet lengths up to 40 feet. Key components of the system include a 3-station coil storage saddle, uncoiler, and a hydraulic entry crop shear optimized for 72-inch strip width and a variety of thickness capacities. The Braner 17-roll cassette leveler stands out with its four-high design and high-speed 150 FPM performance, driven by a 300 HP DC motor supported by a 15 HP AC hydraulic power supply. It effectively straightens materials ranging from hot rolled carbon steel to pickled and oiled varieties, boasting a yield strength of up to 80,000 PSI for specific thicknesses.
