72” x .500” x 60,000 Lbs. Pro-Eco Push Pull Pickle Line

This Pro-Eco Push Pull Pickle Line is designed for efficiency and versatility in the anneal/pickle process. It handles materials up to 72 inches wide and .500 inches thick while supporting a maximum coil weight of 60,000 lbs. The line can achieve speeds of up to 350 feet per minute. Both entry and exit coil inner diameters are supported, with entry ranging from 20 to 28 inches and an exit of 24 inches. The line features robust equipment, including three pickling tanks with granite and rubber-lined lids, Butech entry and exit shears, and a rebuilt Bradbury leveler from 2021. It includes advanced components like a scale breaker, rinse section with spray heads, air knife, steam-heated dryer, and steering rolls with 2023 automatic controls. For quality assurance, the line is equipped with a Parsytec Inspection System from 2016 and a Gamma gauge upgraded in 2012. Additional functionalities include dual oilers and a water treatment system featuring a 12,000 CFM scrubber. It comes with sophisticated digital control systems, comprising new digital readouts, ABB DCS 800 digital drives, and Allen Bradley components. The line includes a 250 HP DC recoiler with a two-speed gearbox and comprehensive handling features such as an exit L-type coil car and exit turnstile, making it a comprehensive solution for industrial pickling needs.
