Description
The 72" x .125" x 75,000 lb Strilich/Bradbury Multi-Blanking Line is a high-capacity cut-to-length line designed for processing steel materials. It handles a range of materials including cold-rolled steel, HRPO, hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized, and pre-painted steel. The line supports coil widths from 12" to 74" and thicknesses from 0.015" to 0.125", with a maximum coil weight of 75,000 lbs. It can process materials with yield strengths between 20,000 PSI and 80,000 PSI. Key features include a 17-roll Bradbury leveler with a 200 HP DC drive, a dual slitter head system with an 8" arbor diameter powered by a 75 HP drive, and a high-speed mechanical shear driven by a 15 HP motor. The multi-blanking line also incorporates an air-float stacker with mechanical dividers and a traversing blank hold-down system. This equipment offers versatile blanking capabilities, producing single or multiple blanks with widths ranging from 8" to 74", and lengths from 12" to 180". The line is equipped with essential components such as coil storage saddles, an automatic feed dual-expanding mandrel uncoiler, an automatic edge guide system, and conveyor systems for efficient processing.
