The 18” x 2.625” Ruesch Ring Type Slitting Line is an industrial machine designed for precision metal slitting tasks. Manufactured by Ruesch, this slitting line has a capacity to handle coils with a maximum weight of up to 6,000 lbs. The entry coil can have an inner diameter of 16” and an outer diameter of up to 72”, while the exit coil comes with options ranging from 6” to 16” in inner diameter and up to 60” in outer diameter. It accommodates a maximum strip width of 18”. Equipped with a Ruesch uncoiler featuring a 32” mandrel face and four-leaf hydraulic expansion, it ensures efficient handling of coils. The slitter head operates with a 25 HP DC drive, and the recoiler, sharing a common base with the slitter head, is powered by a 25 HP DC motor along with a two-speed gearbox and hydraulic push-off plate.
