The used Stamco Loop Slitting Line is designed for efficient and precise slitting of metal coils. This line handles materials up to a maximum width of 60 inches and supports a substantial coil weight capacity of 40,000 lbs. The line is uniquely engineered with a right-to-left direction of operation, providing an organized and streamlined workflow for facilities that require comprehensive slitting solutions. This line features a robust array of components, including a hydraulic expansion mandrel uncoiler with a hold-down roll, a hydraulic peeler table, and entry pinch rolls powered by DC motors for optimized performance. The sophisticated setup includes three slitter heads, featuring two 7-inch arbor heads and one 5-inch head, all removable by crane for ease of maintenance and operation. The system is driven by a 100 HP DC motor, facilitating the slitting process with efficiency and precision. Additionally, the line includes several tension stands, crop shears, and a specialized recoiler capable of accommodating internal diameter pads from 16 to 24 inches. The exit coil handling is facilitated by a clam coil hold-down mechanism.
