Description
The Pro-Eco 50” x .050” x 50,000# Silicon Steel Double Loop Injector Head Precision Slitting Line is a robust machine designed for precision cutting of silicon and cold-rolled steel. This used slitting line is capable of handling maximum entry and exit coil weights of 50,000 lbs, with coil widths ranging from 1" to 50". It operates with a minimum yield strength of 30,000 PSI and can accommodate steel thicknesses up to .050". The slitting line is equipped with dual slitter heads, each supported by a 100 HP DC motor to ensure efficient operations. This line includes a comprehensive set of components such as an L-Type Entry Coil Car, Mandrel Uncoiler with outboard coil support, automatic center guide control, and a tension roll stand. Capable of a maximum line speed of 1,200 feet per minute, it supports up to 32 cuts and features shimless tooling for enhanced precision. Electrical requirements for the line are 575 V, 3-phase, at 60 Hz. It also incorporates a Pro-Eco packaging line with features such as an exit 4-arm turnstile, banding line, and pick-and-place stacker for efficient downstream processing.
