This used Ruesch Ring Type Slitting Line is engineered for industrial efficiency, handling coils up to 6,000 lbs. It accommodates a maximum material width of 18 inches and can process coils with an entry inner diameter of 16 inches and a maximum outer diameter of 72 inches. On the exit side, coil inner diameter options are flexible, ranging from 6 to 16 inches, with a maximum outer diameter of 60 inches. The line integrates various essential components including a Ruesch uncoiler with a 32-inch mandrel face, hydraulic expansion, disc brake for control, and a self-contained hydraulic system. The machine features a robust Ruesch slitter head with a 25 HP DC drive, facilitating precise slitting operations. Additional components include an entry edge guide, deburring roll, scrap winder, and an oscillator. For material rewinding, the Ruesch recoiler, equipped with a 25 HP DC motor and two-speed gearbox, ensures high-performance output. It includes a floor-standing overarm separator and a hydraulic push-off plate.
