30" ASC/Bradbury Coil Feed Line

The 30" ASC/Bradbury Coil Feed Line is a used cut-to-length line notable for handling a width capacity of up to 30 inches and supporting coil weights up to 20,000 lbs. It is equipped to process material thicknesses ranging from .059 inches to .105 inches, making it versatile for various industrial applications. This line includes a comprehensive array of components such as an entry coil car, an ASC mandrel uncoiler with a 40" wide by 20" diameter mandrel, and a peeler hold-down roll. For precision and efficiency, a looping pit feed table and a servo feeder/straightener with a 5-roll straightener (2 over 3) are included. Additionally, entry pinch rolls and a new servo enhance the line's smooth operation. Crucially, this feed line is fitted with a hydraulic cut-off and a straight blade cut-off die mounted on a conveyor for precise cutting tasks. The hydraulic unit, along with a pull-out pass on the conveyor, facilitates easy processing and handling of materials, ensuring a reliable performance for various industrial needs.
