Description

This 72" x 0.135" 5HI Herr-Voss Precision Leveler, model VKL 84/1.75-19/7 5 Hi RH, offers efficient functionality for industrial applications. It accommodates material widths up to 72 inches and supports a gauge range of .020" to .135", with a yield strength capacity of 35,000 PSI. The equipment is capable of operating at a maximum line speed of 400 feet per minute, in a right-to-left direction, making it suitable for high-demand production environments. This leveler features 19 work rolls, each with a diameter of 1.75 inches and an 84-inch face, supported by 9 back-up flights, of which 7 are motorized. Powered by a 250 HP DC motor running at 1,750 RPM and 500 V, the leveler ensures robust performance. A blower is included for operational efficiency.
