66" McKay Tension Level Line (Used)

The 66" McKay Tension Level Line is a robust piece of industrial equipment designed for precision processing in metal leveling. With a width capacity of 66 inches, it accommodates gauge ranges from .015" to .062" and can handle up to 50,000 lbs, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications. The line's direction flows from left to right, streamlining operational setups. Included in the system are several key components: a pit-type coil car and a 72" wide uncoiler with a 20" I.D. drum that also supports 50,000 lbs. The uncoiler features a slide base and is equipped with a 50 kW drag generator, ensuring efficient unwinding of coils. Critical elements such as the entry shear, stitcher, and side trimmer with a scrap baler are integrated to enhance functionality and precision. The tension leveler section is fitted with 1.5" diameter work rolls and features a clamshell opening for ease of cleaning and roll changes. An exit bridle with a 300 HP DC motor and a 100 HP DC motor recoiler ensure smooth operations. Additional features include exit pinch rolls, an inspection table, and a pit-type exit coil car. This comprehensive setup ensures reliability and efficiency for industrial leveling needs.
