The 2-Hi non-reversing configuration is supported by a single stand, capable of handling material thicknesses ranging from .060 to .500 inches. For a width of 72 inches, the maximum finished material thickness is .375 inches, while at 48 inches width, it is .500 inches. The mill features entry payoff reels, feed rolls, and an exit recoiler, along with a belt wrapper for efficient material handling. The equipment is built to manage coils with a minimum inside diameter of 24 inches and a maximum of 30 inches. It supports coil diameters of up to 80 inches and can accommodate a maximum coil weight of 80,000 lbs. The line speed varies between 150 and 300 feet per minute, operating right to left.
