16 Stand x 18” Bradbury Rafted Roll Former Line (Used)

The 16 Stand x 18” Bradbury Rafted Roll Former Line, used and manufactured in 1991 by Bradbury, is a comprehensive roll forming solution. The line features a rafted roll former with 16 stands, a roll space of 18 inches, and horizontal centers at 9 inches. It is chain-driven and powered by a 7.5 HP motor with a speed of 1750 RPM. The unit includes two gearboxes, one for each set of eight stands, and offers vertical adjustment between 4 and 5.5 inches. A complete extra set of rafts accompanies this machine, enhancing its versatility. Additional components include a Bradbury Rotary Pallet Uncoiler with a coil weight capacity of 2,500 lbs and a Johnson OBI Pre-Punch Press that handles up to 16 tons with a stroke of 1.5 inches, operating at a speed of 175 SPM. The pre-punch press is equipped with a 4-inch wide programmable servo feed and loop control. This line also features a Bradbury 4-Post Mechanical Cut-Off with a capacity of 15 tons and a 2-inch stroke, including a die accelerator. Designed for superior performance, the entire roll former line requires a 100 Amp, 460 V, 3 Phase electrical setup.
