This used DMC 6.6” x 0.28” Tube Mill Line efficiently handles varying tube sizes and speeds, making it an ideal choice for tube production. The mill accommodates tube diameters ranging from 2" to 6.6" with wall thicknesses across .055" to .276". Tube lengths can be adjusted between 19.7 feet and 39.4 feet, operating at line speeds from 66 to 197 FPM. The tube mill line features comprehensive equipment, including entry components like a coil lifting car, 26,500 lb mandrel uncoiler, and automatic shear with an end welder. The forming mill is equipped with multiple roll stands and motors, including a 148 HP forming motor and a 101 HP fin pass motor, ensuring robust and reliable tube forming. The high frequency welding section operates with a powerful 670 HP welder for precise seam welding. Including cooling systems, flying cold saw cutoff with a 40 HP saw motor, and an automatic packing system, this line facilitates streamlined production processes.
