5” x .300” Turek & Heller Stainless Tube Mill Line

The used 5” x .300” Turek & Heller Stainless Tube Mill Line is designed for producing high-quality stainless steel tubes with diameters ranging from 1.9 to 5 inches and wall thicknesses between .065 to .300 inches. The line is capable of a maximum speed of 2 feet per minute. It features a Turek & Heller forming mill equipped with a universal drive, two-motor drive, forming and side idler roll stands, and a two-speed gearbox. Included in the line is an OTO Mills double-end uncoiler with hydraulic expansion and powered double hold-down rolls. The line also incorporates a shear and end welder system, a cage-type accumulator, and a Bossi polisher. A significant feature of this mill is its sizing section with a Turek & Heller drive, three sizing stands, and four Fives Turks Heads updated in 2018. It also comes with spare Turks head cages. For cutting and finishing, the line includes an inclined traversing band saw cutoff and a run-out table. The control system is managed by Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 700 digital drives and PanelView 1000 digital readouts, ensuring precise operation. Tooling is included for various sizes, making this tube mill line versatile for different production needs.
