This 79" coil strapping and packing line is suited for handling coils with diameters ranging from 23.6" to a maximum of 78.7" (600 mm to 2000 mm). The line features a manual strapping method, but it is possible to integrate an automatic strapping system for enhanced efficiency. Key components of the line include a hydraulically retractable hook that facilitates seamless transfer from the unloading arm to the stacker table and a motorized roller transfer table which ensures smooth coil handling. For added versatility, the equipment includes a 0–90° tilting system utilizing electromagnets, offering flexibility in positioning and handling various coil sizes.
