Description
This used 8.5" x .393" OTO Mills Tube Mill Line is an efficient solution for manufacturing various tube sizes, with capability to handle strip widths from 11" to 27.2" and thicknesses from .098" to .393". It accommodates tube diameters ranging from 3.5" to 8.6" and can produce at a maximum speed of 262 feet per minute. The line is equipped with comprehensive entry equipment, including a coil storage rack and a single uncoiler with a 33,069 lb. capacity. The forming section consists of multiple forming and side roll stands, supported by a Thermatool solid-state welder delivering 805 HP. Essential seam annealing capabilities are provided by two Thermatool seam annealers, each rated at 671 HP. For finishing, it features a dual-blade cold saw by TCC with a blade diameter of 24.4", powered by a 50 HP saw motor. The run-out table and packaging line ensure a smooth operation workflow. Additional tooling for round, square, and rectangular profiles is available, with a complete tooling list upon request. This tube mill line offers robust performance for diverse industrial needs.
