The 6.63” x 0.28” DMC Tube Mill Line is a robust used industrial machine designed to efficiently produce tubes with diameters ranging from 2" to 6.63" and wall thicknesses between .055" and .276". Capable of cutting tube lengths from 236" to 472", the mill operates at line speeds between 66 and 197 feet per minute. It accommodates a maximum coil weight of 26,500 lbs, making it suitable for substantial production demands. This tube mill line includes a comprehensive set of components: a sturdy entry line with a coil lifting car, mandrel uncoiler, and a vertical rotary accumulator; a forming mill complete with breakdown stands, fin pass stands, and motors; and a high-frequency welding section including seam guide roll and a squeeze roll stand. It also features a cooling section and a sizing mill equipped with multiple roll stands and a powerful drive system. Additionally, a flying cold saw cutoff powered by a servo accelerator drive facilitates precise cutting operations. For production convenience, the system includes an automatic packing system for square tubes, alongside runout tables and various conveyors. Roll tooling is available for rounds and specific square and rectangular profiles, adding flexibility in tube shaping. This comprehensive line ensures efficient and versatile tube production for diverse industrial applications.
