The Bradbury 12 Stand x 30” x 3” Zee Purlin Rollforming Line, model D3-30-12, is a robust, used industrial equipment designed for efficient roll forming applications. This line features 12 stands with a roll space of 30 inches and 3-inch arbor diameter. The arbors are spaced 29 inches from center to center, with the upper arbors allowing for a 6-inch adjustment range. Driven power is provided to all lower arbors, with additional power driving on upper arbor stands 1, 2, 11, and 12. Key components of the line include a 50 HP main drive motor and tooling for creating both 9-inch and 6.5-inch high Zee Purlins with varying flange widths. The line includes a Bradbury powered uncoiler with a coil car, capable of handling coils up to 10,000 lbs and widths of 36 inches. Uncoiler features include a pneumatic hold-down system, electric brake, and loop control. Additional equipment integrated into the line is a Bradbury powered straightener with five rolls, a Bradbury strip welder, and two cutoff punch presses with substantial capacities—70 tons for the OBI press and 100 tons for the straight side press, both equipped with air clutches. This rollforming line is suitable for high-capacity, precision forming of metal purlins in industrial settings.
