The 72" x 10,000# Braner / Chicago Coil Banding Line is designed for precision and efficiency in managing and banding coils. It can accommodate coils up to 72 inches wide with a maximum weight capacity of 10,000 pounds and a maximum outer diameter of 84 inches. The line is equipped with a 15,000-pound horn-type coil downlayer handling coils up to 18 inches wide, featuring powered rolls for fluent processing. This used equipment includes a range of components such as a 4-arm exit turnstile with power rotation and push-off, a 45-degree conveyor, and a 15-foot powered conveyor, ensuring seamless movement through the line. The system is further enhanced by a Coiltech banding table, a Signode banding head, and three conical rolls. The presence of photoelectric coil positioning eyes ensures precise placement. Additionally, the setup includes a 10,000-pound Braner turret coil stacker, complete with ID/OD coil grabs and a coil positioning table. The 12-position coil turntable rounds off the system, supporting high levels of productivity and accuracy.
